Founded in 2006 by Francesc Grimalt and Sergio Caballero, 4Kilos is one of the most exciting names in Mallorcan wine. Set in a converted sheep farm, the winery has played a huge role in reviving the island’s indigenous grape, Callet, proving that Mallorca can produce wines with both power and elegance. The vineyards, scattered across the island’s red clay ‘Cal Vermell’ soils, are farmed organically and with minimal intervention, allowing the grape, climate, and terroir to take centre stage. 4 Kilos 12 Volts is their signature wine—a perfect balance of intensity, freshness, and Mediterranean soul.
