It’s 100% Gamay, but don’t let that fool you—this is no lightweight. With 21 days of maceration and 50% whole-bunch fermentation, it’s silky but structured, with juicy cherry, rose petal, and a whisper of spice. From the iconic Côte du Py hillside in Morgon, this is grown-up Beaujolais—intense, structured, and brimming with depth. It pours a rich ruby red and hits you straight away with ripe raspberry, black cherry, and a lovely earthy, mineral twist—think crushed flint and a hint of ink.
