This is Fleurie at its most classic—elegant, expressive, and just the right side of powerful. Grown on the high slopes beneath the chapel of La Madone (yes, there’s an actual Madonna statue watching over the vines), this wine has all the charm you'd expect from a top Beaujolais Cru. It’s 100% Gamay, but don’t let that fool you—this is no lightweight. With 21 days of maceration and 50% whole-bunch fermentation, it’s silky but structured, with juicy cherry, rose petal, and a whisper of spice.
