Bedoba Wines
Bedoba is a Georgian winery crafting indigenous Saperavi and orange wines using traditional qvevri fermentation. Based in Kakheti's Kvareli and Kindzmarauli appellations, grapes are sourced from 30-year-old vines on black shale and limestone soils along the Duruji River valley. Winemakers Nugzar Ksovreli and Thierry Fontannaz blend Georgian tradition with modern technique, ageing in qvevri clay vessels, stainless steel, American oak, and large wooden vats. Their Saperavi offers fresh acidity and soft tannins, while their Rkatsiteli-Kisi orange wine brings notes of dried apricot, honey, and wild herbs. Hand-harvested and sustainably farmed throughout, the Bedoba red is one pf our best-selling wines of all time.
