Description
This Bordeaux is an absolute classic, bringing together Merlot’s richness with the structure of Cabernet Sauvignon and a hint of elegance from Cabernet Franc. In the glass, it pours a gorgeous deep purple red, practically calling you in for a taste! On the nose, you’re welcomed with vibrant red and black berries - think redcurrant, cherry, and juicy blackcurrant - layered with a touch of spice and a fresh minty lift.
The palate is beautifully balanced, showcasing round, velvety tannins that make it incredibly smooth yet full of life. The fruit-forward flavours carry through with a lovely length, finishing on those spicy, peppery notes that make Bordeaux so distinct. It’s a wine that feels perfectly at home with red meats, pâté, or a good cheese board.
