RARE | GIFT IDEA
This is a stunning growers Champagne that is rich, intense and bursting with floral aromas. The bubbles are fine, plentiful and creamy and overall its an excellent Champagne that would challenge the likes of Moet and Veuve. This is absolutely gorgeous! A deep golden colour made predominantly from red grapes, 50% Pinot Noir and 35% Pinot Meunier, with the balance made up of 15% Chardonnay. This has zero dosage, which means that is no additional sugar added and is completely bone dry. Farmed organically and biodynamically, there are no chemicals used in the vineyards and there is a hands-off approach in the winery. I couldn't recommend this anymore highly for those who love Champagne and sparkling wine.
