Description
Gilles, Cécile and their son Victorien released their first Certified Organic Nouveau in 2024. It was densely fruited, structured, yet playful and fun. A real success! We are very excited to see how delicious the 2025 will be.
At Burgundy's Southern tip is the region of Beaujolais, famous for light and medium bodied fruity high quality wines. This bottle of Beaujolais is just delicious and better than most Beaujolais. Complimenting the ripe fruit are delicious savoury aromas. This is a real winner for us and it's more akin to a good Fleurie and at this price point. Made by 4th generation winemakers in the heart of the region, this husband and wife team are exceptional at their craft. They farm by minimal intervention, doing justice to the land they have inherited.
