Hand-harvested and fermented with natural yeasts in concrete tanks, the wine is aged in used oak barrels for 12 months, resulting in a wine that is rich, complex, and full of life. On the nose, the Filipa Pato Dinamica 'DNMC' RED offers an enticing bouquet of ripe red fruit, black pepper, and a subtle earthiness that captures the essence of the Bairrada region of Portugal. On the palate, the wine is vibrant and full of energy, with flavours of red cherry, raspberry, and cranberry that are perfectly balanced by firm tannins and a lively acidity.
