A new one for us, this Sauvignon Blanc is gorgeously ripe and juicy with flavours of Granny Smith and Golden Delicious apples backed up by irresistible juicy acidity. Enjoy this with or without food, its so versatile that it is one of the wines that can be enjoyed with a huge range of food. My personal favourite with this is to enjoy it with a roast chicken. Produced in Loire, which is the home town of Sauvignon Blanc, our house wine is easy to see why it is so popular.

Unlike the heavier, oak-driven Malbecs of Argentina, this French Malbec is lighter and fresher, making it an easy choice for any occasion. It’s elegant, juicy, and just as good slightly chilled. The Verhaeghe brothers of Château du Cèdre have long been regarded as Malbec masters in Cahors. Their biodynamic vineyards are meticulously farmed by hand, ensuring the highest quality fruit with minimal intervention in the winery. With no oak influence, this wine showcases the pure, terroir-driven character of South-West France, highlighting the natural charm and finesse of Cahors Malbec. A brilliant alternative to heavier reds, this is Malbec with freshness, elegance, and a true sense of place.
