This rare and unique white port is the only after dinner wine you need to have, with or without cheese. White grapes aged through the tawny port process result in this unique 10-Year-Old White Port with intense aromas of dried citrus peel, nuts, caramel and baking spices. A blend of white Ports aged oxidatively for between 8 to 15 years in the Ferreira cellars, this perfectly marries elegance with magic to produce this star of the Ferreira Port house. Ferreira is the oldest Portuguese Port house and remains the leader in the domestic market, established in 1751. It was under the leadership of Dona Antónia Adelaide Ferreira, one of the formidable widows of the world of wine, that the company became the force it is today.

We love this Cava so much! Made from exclusively white grapes it is a glass of finesse. Fresh, crisp and with a lovely mouthfeel and richness. Maria Casanovas is a family owned winery established in 1984 and their 9ha are certified Organic. The wine is famous for being served by the glass at El Bulli, which was the awarded the best restaurant in the world numerous times before closing.

This vibrant, electric Albarino is a benchmark for Rias Baixas and one of our new favourite white wines. Bursting with apricot, peach, pink grapefruit, and zesty lemon, it’s layered with hints of sage, bay leaf, and a delicate minerality. The palate is bright, fresh, and creamy, with a silky texture and beautifully balanced acidity that leads to a long, mouth-watering finish. It’s exciting, delicious, and the kind of wine that makes you wonder why you don’t drink Albariño all the time. Terras Gauda is one of Galicia’s most respected producers, and while this is their entry-level wine, it punches well above its weight. A key reason for its consistency and quality is that the winery owns over two-thirds of the vineyards they source from—rare in a region where vineyard ownership is incredibly fragmented. This allows them to control every step of the process, ensuring that every vintage delivers the same lively, aromatic, and utterly delicious Albariño that fans have come to love.

This is a serious Valpolicella, vibrant, generous, and full of character. Pietro Zardini’s Valpolicella Classico pours a lively ruby red with just a flicker of garnet at the rim. On the nose, it’s velvety and elegant, laced with hints of dried fruits, a touch of spice, and a subtle rustic charm. On the palate, it’s smooth, full-bodied, and supple, with that lovely Italian food-friendliness.  This is proper Valpolicella, grown in the heart of a region that’s been producing wine for over 2,000 years. Today, Valpolicella is one of Italy’s most important wine zones, with over 8,000 hectares under vine, producing more than 60 million bottles a year. Remarkably, Pietro Zardini is still doing it the old-fashioned way. His family has worked these red and brown soils since the 1600s, and every bottle tells a piece of that story. The grapes are hand-harvested, gently macerated on their skins, and aged for up to 10 months in oak to bring out texture and spice, followed by time in steel for freshness.
