Exclusive Release on the 2023s
Limited Edition | Collectors’ Item
This rare Pinot Noir from Fixin in Burgundy’s Cote de Nuits is a beautifully structured red with notes of red cherry, wild raspberry, and subtle spice. Silky tannins and a mineral core give it both elegance and ageing potential. Crafted by Irish winemaker Roisin Curley, one of the few Irish producers in Burgundy, this wine reflects true terroir and precision winemaking.
Why It’s Special
Quantities are extremely limited, and the wines sell out every year, sought after by collectors and Burgundy insiders. A true collector’s item, this is a wine to drink now or cellar—knowing you’ve secured something genuinely rare and exceptional.
Róisín Curley is a Mayo-born pharmacist and one of just 416 Masters of Wine worldwide.
Since 2015, she has worked as a micro-négociant in Burgundy, sourcing tiny parcels of grapes while continuing her full-time role at her family’s pharmacy in Ballyhaunis. Trained in Montpellier and Geisenheim, with experience at Château Latour and Château Grillet, her minimalist, sustainable approach has earned her wines cult status. Her wines sell out quickly - appearing on top wine lists like Restaurant Geranium in Copenhagen.
