Description
A gorgeous summery wine that tastes exactly like the label! A glass of this is filled with flavours of pink lady apples, peaches and summer fruits. Although its an orange wine it tastes more like a glass of rose. This is bone dry and will be lovely with quiche or pesto pasts with parmesan shavings. Salamandre orange is a skin contact/ orange wine that is low sulphur, unfiltered and unfined. The Château Saint Cyrgues estate is located in the South of France, near Nîmes. The estate is over a hundred years old, but keeps up with the times as it is certified organic, it faces the Petite Camargue, one of the most beautiful sites in France, and the Mediterranean Sea.
