Description
Château Rauzan-Ségla, an 1855 Second Cru Classé with over 400 years of history, produces one of Margaux's finest wines from its 66-hectare vineyard of 30-year-old vines planted in fine, deep clay gravel near the Gironde Estuary.
The complex nose combines black fruits and spices with balsamic, roasted and smoky notes, plus subtle violet, mint and chocolate scents. On the palate, it presents impressive complexity, density and precision with beautiful tension, full body and fine, precise tannins.
