This soft, dry and fruity Rosato is produced from the little known Perricone grape and is practically lemonade for adults. Marco Sferlazzo is the man behind Porta del Vento, and is making some of the most exciting wines in Sicily. The tiny, Porta del Vento winery sits on a beautiful natural site, above Palermo, near the village of Camporeale.
