Description
If you are into Chardonnay, then you will love this. What we mean by that, is if you like the creamy, rich and buttery style with loads of citrus notes then this is the wine for you. A very high quality Chardonnay that is fermented in 1, 2 and 3-year-old 400 litre oak barrels, where it stays for 10 months. The wine is not fined and only lightly filtered. Bertrand Ambroise Winery is a family-owned estate located in the heart of Burgundy, France. They produce a range of high-quality wines that reflect the unique terroir of the region, including Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Aligoté. The winery uses traditional winemaking techniques, such as hand-picking and wild yeast fermentation, to create wines that express the character and complexity of the grapes. With a commitment to sustainable agriculture and a deep respect for the land, Bertrand Ambroise Winery is a testament to the rich history and culture of winemaking in Burgundy.
