Crafted by Matt Thomson in partnership with local growers, this Pinot Grigio is sourced from a single, high-quality vineyard in Veneto, where the combination of cool nights and mineral-rich soils gives the fruit its intensity. Hand-harvested and gently pressed at low temperatures, the winemaking process preserves the wine’s pure aromatics and silky texture without the need for harsh fining. The result?
