Description
A stunning Rhone white wine that captures both elegance and power. Pale gold in colour, it bursts with aromas of honeysuckle, ripe peach, toasted brioche and sweet spice. The palate is rich yet beautifully balanced, with layers of stone fruit and almond lifted by a bright, mineral freshness. Long and textured, this Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc is one of those rare wines that manages to feel indulgent and refined at once.
Chateau de Vaudieu is one of the most respected names in Chateauneuf-du-Pape, run by Laurent Bréchet and his family for over 50 years. The estate’s 70 hectares of vineyards sit beside the legendary Château Rayas, on a patchwork of sandy soils, limestone flint and the famous galets roulés stones. The blend of Roussanne and Grenache Blanc is hand-harvested, fermented in French oak, and aged for nine months to add depth and texture. The 2023 vintage was exceptional for Rhône whites, producing wines with vibrant acidity, generous fruit and real ageing potential — an outstanding example of fine French white wine.
