Description
What a terrific glass of white wine! This is intense and citrussy with floral notes and a delicate herbaceous undertone. Dry and refreshing, this is a wine to enjoy with some nice cheeses or salads. If you like French Sauvignon Blanc's and you haven't tried a Bergerac Sec, it is definitely one to add to the list. This is the classic white blend from Bordeaux, predominantly Sauvignon Blanc with some Semillon and Muscadelle in the blend. The Semillon and Muscadelle add richness and floral notes to those crisp Sauvignon flavours. The grapes are hand harvested and the wine is farmed by biodynamic principles. This is superb quality, but without the price tag of typical Bordeaux wines.
