Description
This organic Vinsobres red wine from Domaine Chaume-Arnaud is a superb example of why this appellation, the northernmost cru of the Southern Rhône, deserves more attention. Made from 60% Grenache, 20% Syrah, 10% Mourvèdre and 10% Cinsault, the nose is rich and expressive, with dark cherry, blackcurrant, herbs, and smoky bacon notes. On the palate, it's full-bodied yet refined, with juicy ripe fruit, black pepper, and a savoury mineral finish. There’s great lift and texture here, with a streak of energy that keeps everything fresh and vibrant.
