Dry, fruity and super zesty. This is a blend of 3 local grapes; Sauvignon Blanc, Gros Manseng and Colombard. Domaine de Menard is a family owned estate in the heart of Gascony in South Western France. The farm with no chemicals and they are certified HVE, which means they are certified to the highest farming levels for being environmentally friendly. The name 'Cuvee Marine' refers to the soil which is composed of clay and marine fossils, giving the wine extra vibrancy.
