Domaine des Brosses was established in 1875 and is now run by brothers Nicolas and Anthony Girard, who bring global winemaking experience back to their 11-hectare estate. Grapes are harvested at night to preserve aromatic intensity, then vinified in stainless steel and aged on fine lees for extra complexity.
