Crafted from the Baga grape, known for its thick skins and high tannins, this wine is a testament to the winemaker's skill and artistry. Hand-harvested and fermented with natural yeasts in concrete tanks, the wine is aged in used oak barrels for 12 months, resulting in a wine that is rich, complex, and full of life. On the nose, the Filipa Pato Dinamica 'DNMC' RED offers an enticing bouquet of ripe red fruit, black pepper, and a subtle earthiness that captures the essence of the Bairrada region of Portugal.
