Hacienda Grimón is a small, family-run estate in the Valle de Jubera, Rioja Alta, led by Paco and Eliseo Oliván, who farm their 25 hectares organically—without herbicides or pesticides, using only natural sheep manure for fertilisation. Their hand-harvested vines range from 10 to 45 years old, ensuring top-quality fruit for extended barrel ageing.
