Description
Kir-Yanni Sparkling Brut Xinomavro is a lively, adventurous Greek sparkling wine that instantly transports you to sun-drenched island terraces and salty sea air. Expect crisp Pink Lady apple, wild strawberry and citrus zest, carried by fine, persistent bubbles and a bright, refreshing finish. It is fun, vibrant and wonderfully food-friendly, perfect for celebrations, aperitif moments or when you simply want something a little different from the usual Prosecco.
Produced by Kir-Yianni in northern Greece, this sparkling wine is made from the native Xinomavro grape, a variety more commonly associated with structured reds. Here, it shows a completely different side, offering freshness, elegance and character in sparkling form. The vineyards benefit from altitude and cooling influences that help retain natural acidity, essential for quality sparkling wine. It is a brilliant example of modern Greek winemaking, combining heritage grape varieties with a contemporary, sunshine-filled style.
