The influence of the nearby Étang de Thau lagoon and cooling Mediterranean breezes gives this wine a sea-kissed minerality, making it the perfect coastal white.

Les Caves de Richemer is a historic cooperative winery located between the Mediterranean Sea and the Étang de Thau in Southern Languedoc. Their sustainably farmed vineyards sit on clay-limestone soils, ideal for preserving acidity and freshness in the warm coastal climate.
