A beautiful white Burgundy and a must try for Chablis lovers. Made by the lesser known Aligoté grape, the skilled wine markers in the Burgundy region have crafted this lovely creamy texture of a white burgundy for a an excellent price. Dry, zesty and lemony with a soft and creamy mouthfeel. The producer is family owned and grows the grapes organically with minimum intervention to produce what is a great expression of the area. Fantastic with any creamy sauce, or equally shared together in the garden with some cheeses and meats. A glass of medium-bodied delicious.
