Martin Texier Petite Nature is lightly sparkling, cloudy and joyfully off beat, with aromas of fresh apple, pear skin and a gentle cider like tang. On the palate it is dry, crisp and energetic, with soft bubbles, crunchy orchard fruit and a faintly wild edge that keeps things exciting. Funky but balanced, this is refreshment with personality and a very clean finish.

Martin Texier is part of one of the Rhone Valley’s most respected natural wine families, working with a clear focus on purity and drinkability. Petite Nature is made in the northern Rhone using organically farmed fruit and spontaneous fermentation. Bottled before fermentation finishes, it gains its gentle sparkle naturally, with no filtration to preserve texture and character. The result is a playful, honest wine that reflects both grape and place without polish or pretence.
