Hacienda Solano Seleccion Ribera del Duero is a powerful yet beautifully polished Spanish red wine layered with dark cherry, blackberry and warming spice. There is depth and intensity from the high altitude vineyards, balanced by firm, structured tannins and a long, refined finish. We absolutely love this wine and consider it a 5 star spicy red, perfect for those who enjoy bold, oak influenced Tempranillo with richness and backbone.
Produced in the prestigious Ribera del Duero, Hacienda Solano works with old vine Tempranillo grown at significant altitude, where cool nights preserve freshness and concentration. Ribera del Duero is renowned for crafting some of Spain’s most age worthy and structured red wines, often compared to the finest Rioja or even top Bordeaux in style. Careful oak ageing enhances complexity while allowing the fruit to remain vibrant and pure. This Seleccion is a confident expression of the region, combining power, spice and unmistakable Spanish character.
