A bright and expressive white, Saveroni shows the best of Garganega and Trebbiano from Veneto. The nose is lifted with fresh orchard fruits and citrus, while the palate is round and rich yet kept in balance by a clean line of acidity.
Cantina di Monteforte d’Alpone has been at the heart of Soave since 1952, with more than 600 growers working together across 1,200 hectares of vineyards. The Saveroni cuvée comes from vineyards set on volcanic soils at 100 metres above sea level, which lend minerality and character to the wine. Grapes are handled with care, fermented at low temperatures in stainless steel to lock in freshness and purity. Sustainable viticulture underpins everything here, preserving the unique landscapes of the Val d’Alpone for generations to come.
