The texture is creamy and mouthcoating with lingering and intense flavours of lemon, Granny Smith apple and grapefruit. It's a wine you will return to again and again. . A rising star in a very traditional region, Alexis started making his own wines aged just 21 years old and immediately caught the attention of Decanter and other leading wine publications. Alexis works biodynamically and his wines are made in a vibrant, non-oaky style with that classic grapey Maconnais purity. A fifth generation of the winemaking family, he is making his own wines from small parcels of land he received from his father.
