Description
This Dogliani DOCG comes from the southern Langhe, Piedmont’s highest and coolest growing area, where Dolcetto thrives on steep hillsides near the Ligurian Apennines and the Alps. Often overshadowed by Nebbiolo, Dolcetto has long been the region’s go-to everyday red, and in Dogliani DOCG, it reaches its fullest potential. Trediberri—a young, dynamic, and proudly untraditional winery—crafts this wine from old vines planted between the 1950s and 1970s, using wild fermentation, concrete aging, and minimal intervention. The result? A seriously fresh and vibrant Dolcetto that proves this grape deserves a lot more love.
