Rathfinny's English Sparkling Rosé is crafted using the three main grape varieties for traditional sparkling wine: Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay. Made with the Traditional Method, this wine undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle, creating bubbles, and is aged for at least 24 months to preserve red fruit characteristics.
Rathfinny's Sparkling Rosé is totally delicious, red fruit flavours, with notes of strawberries, cherries, and red apples. The wine's crisp and refreshing profile with a hint of minerality highlights the terroir of the South Downs.
