Natural Wines
Natural wine is wine made with as little intervention as possible. Grapes are farmed organically or biodynamically, harvested by hand and fermented with wild yeasts, with nothing added and nothing taken away beyond a minimal dose of sulphites at most. The result is wine that is alive, expressive and full of personality, sometimes a little unpredictable, but always honest and true to its origins.
