1. Promoter

The promoter is The Nude Wine Company Ltd, 1161 Osberstown Cottages, Naas, Co. Kildare, W91 YX05 (“The Nude Wine Co”). The prize is offered in partnership with Liberty Wines Ltd.

2. Who can enter

The competition is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland aged 18 or over at the time of entry. The winner’s guest must also be aged 18 or over.

Employees of The Nude Wine Co and Liberty Wines, anyone directly involved in administering the competition, and their immediate families cannot enter. The winner may be asked to provide proof of age, identity and residency.

3. Competition dates

The competition opens at 00:00 Irish time on 1 October 2026 and closes at 23:59 Irish time on 31 October 2026. Orders placed outside this period do not qualify.

4. How to enter

Purchase either of the following qualifying Portugal Wine Boxes from thenudewineco.ie during the competition period.

Each qualifying box purchased gives the purchaser one entry. An order containing two qualifying boxes gives two entries. There is no maximum number of entries per person. Individual bottles and other products do not qualify.

Entry is automatic when a qualifying order is placed. No separate entry form is required. The purchaser’s email address and telephone number supplied at checkout will be used to administer the competition and contact the winner.

A qualifying box that is cancelled or fully refunded before the draw will not count as an entry. If one qualifying box in a larger order is cancelled or refunded, only its associated entry will be removed. This does not affect customers’ statutory rights.

5. The prize

There is one prize, with a total value of up to €1,700. The winner will receive a trip to Porto, Portugal, for themselves and one guest, comprising:

• Return economy flights from Dublin Airport to Porto Airport for two adults;
• Two nights’ accommodation with breakfast for two adults sharing one room; and
• A VIP tour and tasting at Ferreira Cellars for two adults.

Liberty Wines will arrange and pay for the flights upfront and organise the Ferreira Cellars experience. The Nude Wine Co and Liberty Wines will coordinate the prize arrangements with the winner. The winner will not be charged a fee to claim the prize.

The trip must be taken between 1 January and 30 June 2027, on dates agreed with the winner and subject to flight, accommodation and cellar availability.

The winner and their guest are responsible for arranging and paying for their own travel insurance, passports or other travel documents, and all personal spending. They are also responsible for travel to and from Dublin Airport, transfers in Portugal, and any meals or drinks other than the two included breakfasts and the Ferreira tasting.

The winner and guest must hold valid travel documents and meet any applicable travel requirements. The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If an element becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the promoter’s reasonable control, an alternative of equal or greater value may be provided.

6. Draw and winner notification

One winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries on 3 November 2026. The draw will be documented and overseen by an independent person.

The Nude Wine Co will contact the winner by email or telephone using the details supplied at checkout, within 14 days of the competition closing. The winner must respond within seven days of the first notification and provide the information reasonably needed to verify eligibility and arrange the prize.

If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond in time, is ineligible or declines the prize, another winner may be selected at random from the remaining valid entries.

7. Personal information and winner announcement

Personal information will be used to administer the competition, verify entries, contact the winner and arrange the prize. Information needed to arrange the trip may be shared with Liberty Wines and the relevant travel and hospitality providers. The Nude Wine Co’s Privacy Policy is available on thenudewineco.ie.

Entering the competition does not automatically sign a customer up for marketing messages. Any marketing consent is collected separately.

After the winner accepts the prize, we may announce their first name and county. We will seek separate permission before using photographs or a personal account of the trip in marketing.

8. General

The promoter may disqualify an entry where it reasonably believes the entry is fraudulent or breaches these terms. If circumstances beyond the promoter’s reasonable control prevent the competition from running as planned, the promoter may make necessary changes and will communicate any material change clearly.
