Description
This Bourgogne Blanc is aged 7 to 10 months in stainless steel, preserving its vibrant freshness and crisp acidity. The palate is bright and mineral-driven, with layers of green apple, lemon, lime zest, and acacia, complemented by a delicate saline finish and a whisper of oak. Refreshing, pure, and beautifully balanced, this Chardonnay is perfect with shellfish, grilled fish, or creamy cheeses.
Domaine de la Cadette is a rare gem in Vézelay, a historic hilltop village in Burgundy, just southwest of Chablis and on the same latitude as Sancerre. Led by Valentin Montanet, this organic estate is dedicated to crafting authentic, terroir-driven wines that highlight the region’s limestone-rich soils. With a focus on purity and precision, the winery produces elegant, food-friendly wines that offer exceptional value.
