A gorgeous Vinho Verde that is very different to the most we are familiar with. It is less tart and dry, and more about the round ripe orchard fruit like peaches and apricots. This 100% Avesso from Vinho Verde, Portugal, is a bright, zesty gem. In the glass, it’s a gorgeous citrus-straw color, immediately pulling you in with vibrant aromas of white fruit and delicate floral notes. The first sip is all about balance—freshness, minerality, and acidity perfectly in harmony. It’s medium-bodied with a lovely texture that’s supported by juicy fruit, leading to a crisp, energetic finish that leaves you wanting more. Fermented in stainless steel and aged on fine lees for four months with batonnage, this wine has a depth that pairs beautifully with seafood dishes, light pastas, or semi-cured cheeses. Serve it chilled between 7-10°C and let it brighten up your day with its clean, refreshing style.

This Méditerranée Rosé is everything you want in a Provencal-style pink — light, fresh, and effortlessly elegant. It has delicate flavours of peach skin, orange zest, and soft white flowers, with a lovely dry backbone. The colour is a pale, luminous peach. There's something beautifully restrained and crisp here — not overly fruity, not sweet — just tight, fresh, and refreshing. This pairs brilliantly with tomato-basil puff pastry, or herby chicken dishes. Its bright acidity and mineral finish cut through richer textures, while the subtle fruit notes complement Mediterranean flavours without overpowering them. This is a serious Valpolicella—vibrant, generous, and full of character. Pietro Zardini’s Valpolicella Classico pours a lively ruby red with just a flicker of garnet at the rim. On the nose, it’s velvety and elegant, laced with hints of dried fruits, a touch of hay, and a subtle rustic charm. On the palate, it’s smooth, full-bodied, and supple, with that lovely Italian food-friendliness.  This is proper Valpolicella—grown in the heart of a region that’s been producing wine for over 2,000 years. Today, Valpolicella is one of Italy’s most important wine zones, with over 8,000 hectares under vine, producing more than 60 million bottles a year—but Pietro Zardini is still doing it the old-fashioned way. His family has worked these red and brown soils since the 1600s, and every bottle tells a piece of that story. The grapes—Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara—are hand-harvested, gently macerated on their skins, and aged for up to 10 months in oak to bring out texture and spice, followed by time in steel for freshness.

This wine presents a light ruby red colour with brilliant reflections. The nose offers spicy and subtle fruit notes. On the palate, it's supple, fresh and light with a slight spiciness and pleasant balance.
