Bedoba, Saperavi, Georgia

Absolutely delicious, full of flavour and depth. My favourite red.

Where to start. This is a really lovely wine. Very different tasting than I am familiar with but holds up to the bold yet soft and rich yet delicate warm fruits and sunshine I imagine from the part of the world. A surprise waiting to happen. If you don’t know about it I suggest give it a try.

Super! I was delighted by the flavour and body of this wine. Definitely will try some others from this vineyard and from Georgia.

I was disappointed with this red. Maybe I’d built it up too much but it didn't do anything for me.
I had really enjoyed the other reds in The Velvet Reds Box Spring edition and had kept this until last. I drank two glasses last night so hoping it may be better once I get to the remaining glasses.

This is my current favourite, love evreything about it, including the bottle!

I have ordered this wine before from Nude Wines and returned for more . It’s just gorgeous but different. Its flavour has an edge ( obviously from the earthen Qvevris) on first tasting that’s not harsh but actually ties all the flavours together differently when enjoying it alone or with foods and cheeses. I will be back for more

Who would have thought that a wine from far away Georgia (the eastern Georgia) could be this good. One of my favourite reds...

Gorgeous to taste … dark fruits but with a mineral edge to make it different especially in the aftertaste

This is a beautiful wine, I have ordered the four box set with the reserve, White and Orange and I cannot wait to try them all.

A really nice full bodied red. Each glass leaves you wanting more. Went down really well with guests and is now a firm favourite for us.

Bedoba, what a lovely, bold, lucious wine. It has notes of blackberry and a peppery aftertaste and is absolutely delicious paired with meat or game or indeed on its own without food. I bought six but it was so good I was driven to share and the recipients of the two bottles I gifted absolutely loved it. Swift delivery and this company is easy to deal with.

Really enjoyed this wine. Lovely to drink niallon its own but could see it being perfect with a rich meaty meal. Reminds me of two of our favoured wines - Valpolicella ripasso and Rioja. Highly recommend and will buy again.

A beautiful, rich, full bodied wine, a favourite I'll never tire of!

I had never tasted a Georgian wine before. It was so pleasant to drink that I've ordered more.

I purchased a mixed case which were all good with the Georgian Bedoba being the favourite. I phoned on a Thursday to order 6 more Bedoba as had a function on the Saturday. Michelle organised the delivery immediately and the box arrived on Friday morning..what a great service.
