About NV White Port, Offley, Douro, Portugal

Offley NV White Port is a gorgeous, refreshing take on Port, full of ripe citrus, white peach, apricot and gentle honeyed notes. It is rich enough to feel indulgent, but still bright, lifted and beautifully balanced, with a lovely nutty edge on the finish. Serve it well chilled as an aperitif, or mix it with tonic, ice and a slice of orange for the ultimate White Port and Tonic.

Offley is one of the great historic names of the Douro, with roots going back to the 18th century. The house became famous under Joseph James Forrester, a legendary figure in Port history who helped map the Douro Valley and champion its wines around the world. White Port is made from traditional white Douro grape varieties and offers a lighter, fresher way to enjoy one of Portugal's most famous wine styles. This is a brilliant bottle to have in the fridge for summer entertaining, easy aperitifs and anyone who thinks Port is only for Christmas.
