Thanks to its altitude, this region enjoys a cooler climate than the nearby Barossa and Eden Valleys. Shaw + Smith M3 Chardonnay is a stellar white wine from the Adelaide Hills in South Australia. Made from hand-picked Chardonnay grapes, it beautifully reflects the area's cool climate. A pale golden color, elegant and complex, with flavors of stone fruit, citrus, and minerality, balanced by a creamy texture and crisp acidity. It finishes long and refreshing a truly beautiful glass of wine for the chardonnay lover.
