From grapes grown on lower hillsides that ripen more slowly than other plots, these wines traditionally serve as local house wines—a beloved Roussillon custom. These more vigorous vines of varied grape varieties aren't suitable for DOC varietal wines but instead produce table wines with lower alcohol content, lighter colour and abundant fruitiness—ideal for family meals. This wine presents a light ruby red colour with brilliant reflections. The nose offers spicy and subtle fruit notes. On the palate, it's supple, fresh and light with a slight spiciness and pleasant balance.

Our first red wine from Croatia and wow it is delicious, we find in our new Dika Frankovka to be a real hidden gem and a star in the making. 'Dika', which translates to 'Pride' in English, is full of quality which the producers are obviously very proud of. Our Dika is medium to full bodied, has delicious aromas of berries, cherries, and blackberries, showcasing a nice balance between its acids and tannins making for a real treat. Its medium to full-bodied nature will go perfectly with you next steak night , barbecues, pizza or spicy pasta dish. Feravino Winery, located in the Feri?anci region of Slavonia, Croatia, has a rich history dating back to the 18th century. Originally influenced by the Cistercians and Templars, the winery has evolved significantly over the centuries. Today, it boasts over 150 hectares of vineyards on the gentle slopes of Krndija mountain, which benefit from ideal sunlight exposure. This setup contributes to the high quality of their wines.

On the palate, it’s juicy and vibrant, with crunchy cranberry, sour cherry, and a hint of spice, wrapped in soft tannins and a mineral-driven finish. Light yet full of personality, this is the kind of wine that disappears quickly—pure, unpretentious, and dangerously easy to drink. Crafted by Pedro Parra, Chile’s leading terroir expert and winemaker, Pour Ma Gueule is a true expression of Itata Valley’s ancient vines and granite soils. Parra, a world-renowned soil specialist, has spent years mapping the terroirs of Burgundy, Champagne, and beyond, before returning home to champion Chile’s historic dry-farmed vineyards. The 100-year-old bush vines grow in decomposed granite soils, shaped by cool Pacific breezes that preserve the wine’s natural acidity. At last we found a delicious Pinot Noir at an affordable price ! We love this for its soft red fruity flavours and the mild earthy undertones. Pinot Noir is a difficult grape to grow with its thin skins and fragile nature, the result is that they are hard to find at an affordable price point. Domaine de Bachellery has a very long history of winemaking with records dating back to 1584. A true testament to the potential of wine which is produced here. The reputation of the wine at the domaine has been forged over centuries. The Julien family took over here during the 1980s and produce vibrant and intense wines.

Brich is a wonderful Barbera, grown on the hills of Montferrato in Piemonte.  On the palate, the wine feels free and natural, fresh with crunchy black fruit, full-bodied and richly layered with juicy cherry and blueberry ending with elegant, earthy notes. Today, this beautiful, organically farmed estate, has 20-ha of vineyards set on rolling hills, a large orchard, a working farm, which is surrounded by ancient forest. This is a collaboration between Gianluca Ravizza of Cascina Gaia and Eric Narioo (Vino di Anna) in hilly Monferrato region of Piedmont. The land was originally solely an orchard, producing gorgeous apples and stone fruits, surrounded by ancient woods. A decade ago Gianluca purchased some neighbouring vineyards, while some apple trees were replaced with plantings of native Montferrato grapes.
