From grapes grown on lower hillsides that ripen more slowly than other plots, these wines traditionally serve as local house wines—a beloved Roussillon custom. These more vigorous vines of varied grape varieties aren't suitable for DOC varietal wines but instead produce table wines with lower alcohol content, lighter colour and abundant fruitiness—ideal for family meals.

This wine presents a light ruby red colour with brilliant reflections. The nose offers spicy and subtle fruit notes. On the palate, it's supple, fresh and light with a slight spiciness and pleasant balance.

This bright, energetic red from Chile’s Itata Valley is all about freshness, purity, and drinkability. A field blend of old-vine Cinsault and País, it delivers lively red berry aromas, wild herbs, and a touch of earthiness. On the palate, it’s juicy and vibrant, with crunchy cranberry, sour cherry, and a hint of spice, wrapped in soft tannins and a mineral-driven finish. Crafted by Pedro Parra, Chile’s leading terroir expert and winemaker, Pour Ma Gueule is a true expression of Itata Valley’s ancient vines and granite soils. Parra, a world-renowned soil specialist, has spent years mapping the terroirs of Burgundy, Champagne, and beyond, before returning home to champion Chile’s historic dry-farmed vineyards. The 100-year-old bush vines grow in decomposed granite soils, shaped by cool Pacific breezes that preserve the wine’s natural acidity. Hand-harvested, fermented with wild yeasts, and aged in neutral vessels, this is minimal-intervention winemaking at its best—raw, expressive, and incredibly drinkable.

Paixon Mencia is bright, juicy and effortlessly drinkable, with notes of red cherry, raspberry and a light floral lift. The palate is fresh and supple, with soft tannins and a lively, crunchy finish that keeps things flowing. Paixon comes from Monterrei in north west Spain, a lesser known region known for producing fresh, elegant styles shaped by Atlantic influence. Mencia thrives here, delivering wines with fragrance, balance and natural drinkability rather than weight. The vineyards sit at altitude, helping retain acidity and clarity in the fruit. This is a modern expression of Spanish red wine that leans into freshness, making it incredibly food friendly and easy to love.
