Tenuta Buon Tempo, Brunello di Montalcino 2019

Brunello di Montalcino is one of the best wines in the world and all you have to do is to taste one to figure out why. This 2019 vintage is full bodied, structured, and intense with fruity notes of plum, ripe cherries, vanilla, spice with an under layer of tobacco and black pepper from bottle age. The Buon Tempo estate covers 28 hectares across the stunning rolling hills of Tuscany. Sustainable agriculture is extremely important to the team here so extra care is taken to preserve the soil and the surrounding environment. The only grape permitted is Sangiovese as Brunello di Montalcino is a DOCG region meaning they have to follow strict policies to be able to use the Brunello name on their label. They received their organic certification in 2021 and their next goal is to reach total ecological sustainablity by 2030.
