iMuri Negroamaro, Puglia, Italy
This Negroamaro is a full bodied glass of brambly black fruit with intense flavours of blackberries and blackcurrants. The velvety texture, lovely balance and savoury spice notes are very hard to resist. This is an excellent example of why Southern Italian reds are so popular; It offers serious value for money and over-delivers at the price point!

Quattro, Douro, Portugal
Wow, if you like Chateauneuf du Pape this is right up your alley! It is a cracker, bursting with the intense aromas of forest fruits like blueberries, black cherry, and blackberries. There’s a seductive touch of cocoa and chocolate in the background, giving it that extra layer of richness. On the palate, it’s silky smooth and beautifully balanced, showing off its ripe fruit with elegance and finesse.

Herdade do Peso, 'Trinca Bolotas' Alentejo Tinto 
Portuguese wines are some of the best value reds on the market and this field blend from Alentejo is now exception. Dark fruit like blackberries and blackcurrants are layered with spice and a gorgeous texture. This is a bombshell wine, a real cracker!

Chateau Turcaud, Bordeaux Rouge
Made from low-yielding Merlot with the balance comprising of Bordeaux's two other great grapes, Cabernets Sauvignon and Franc, Turcaud Rouge is deliciously fruity with cherry and spices and a soft velvety medium bodied mouthfeel. Think red berry fruit, spices and herbs. An absolutely superb value for money red from France.

Les Deux Cols, O Font, Cotes du Rhone
Vibrant red in colour, with aromas of red and black cherries, plums and black olives. This medium bodied red has a silky texture, fine tannins and a fresh acidity. Perfect with grilled lamb cutlets, or roast pork loin. A gorgeous wine produced by icons of the Irish wine industry in France.

Il Faggio, Montepulciano d'Abruzzo, Italy
Warm, round, soft and seductive, this is a very easy drinking style of Montepulciano. Wild strawberries and raspberries are layered with hints of vanilla and chocolate to make a wine that delivers instant gratification. A new one for us to add to the website and its a great value for money red from Southern Italy.
