We love this Cava so much! Made from exclusively white grapes it is a glass of finesse. Fresh, crisp and with a lovely mouthfeel and richness. Maria Casanovas is a family owned winery established in 1984 and their 9ha are certified Organic. The wine is famous for being served by the glass at El Bulli, which was the awarded the best restaurant in the world numerous times before closing.

A stunning Champagne that I give 10/10 for value for money and flavour. Elegant, rich and creamy, this is a Champagne to write home about. A true Champenois, co-owner and winemaker Thierry Gobillard often mentions that his house is situated a few metres away from Dom Pérignon’s grave and that one of his first birthday present was a pair of “sécateurs”. Maison JM Gobillard is a small family-owned and run property with about 25 hectares of mainly 1er Cru vineyards in Hautvillers. They also buy grapes from some 75 hectares of vines through multiyear agreements with growers selected for their expertise and quality.

This award winning Frizzante Prosecco is dry, fresh and crisp. Its an excellent example of how good prosecco can be! Fruity, floral and and light. Produced from Organically grown fruit and only 11% in alcohol, its the perfect start to any party. Even if its a party for 1! La Jara is a multi award winning winery based in the Veneto region in Northern Italy. They produce organic and vegan friendly wines that represent great value for money.
