Silfide Albarino from Rias Baixas is a vibrant, Atlantic influenced Spanish white wine bursting with lime zest, white peach and a subtle saline freshness. It is crisp and precise, with mouthwatering acidity and a clean mineral finish that makes it incredibly refreshing and food friendly. For those who truly love Albarino, this is the style that sets the benchmark and defines what the grape can achieve at its very best.
Produced in the legendary Rias Baixas region in north west Spain, this is widely considered the spiritual home and holy grail of Albarino. The cool Atlantic climate, granite soils and traditional pergola training system create wines with unmistakable tension, purity and coastal salinity. It is a pilgrimage region for Albarino devotees, where the grape reaches its most precise and age worthy expression.
