We were on the hunt for a truly outstanding Shiraz for our range, and after plenty of tasting, this was the clear winner. It is one of the most highly awarded Australian Shiraz wines we've come across, and we absolutely love it. Rich, intense and luxurious, it bursts with blackberry, ripe plum, dark chocolate and cracked black pepper, wrapped in a velvety texture with layers of spice. The remarkable thing about this Barossa Shiraz is how it continues to evolve, becoming even more complex and expressive the longer it sits in your glass.

Dandelion Vineyards is the award-winning winery of Elena Brooks and her husband Zar, producing exceptional wines from some of South Australia's finest regions. Lionheart of Barossa is sourced from ancient dry-grown Shiraz vines, many over 100 years old, delivering the concentration and character that have made Barossa Valley one of the world's greatest homes for Shiraz. Hand harvested, naturally fermented and matured for 18 months in French oak before bottling without fining or filtration, this is a beautifully pure expression of old vine Australian Shiraz and outstanding value for lovers of full-bodied red wine.

We're not a huge retailer and we like it like that. Every bottle is personally chosen by us, tasted, approved, and genuinely loved. We believe great wine shouldn't come with a side of intimidation. No jargon or no gatekeeping. Just honest recommendations, plain-English tasting notes, and a newsletter and guides that make discovering wine genuinely enjoyable.
