El Pacto Organic Rioja is mellow and medium bodied, with classy red fruit at the core and oak kept quietly in the background. Think ripe cherry, red plum and a gentle vanilla spice that adds polish rather than weight. Smooth, balanced and refined, this is a Rioja that focuses on elegance and drinkability rather than power.
El Pacto is an organic project based in Rioja, working with old vines and a thoughtful, low intervention approach. The focus here is on expressing fruit purity and regional character rather than heavy winemaking influence. Careful use of oak brings subtle structure and softness without dominating the wine. It is a modern, restrained style of Rioja that feels confident, food friendly and very easy to return to.
