Description
This Méditerranée Rosé is everything you want in a Provencal-style pink — light, fresh, and effortlessly elegant. It has delicate flavours of peach skin, orange zest, and soft white flowers, with a lovely dry backbone. The colour is a pale, luminous peach. There's something beautifully restrained and crisp here — not overly fruity, not sweet — just tight, fresh, and refreshing.
This pairs brilliantly with tomato-basil puff pastry, or herby chicken dishes. Its bright acidity and mineral finish cut through richer textures, while the subtle fruit notes complement Mediterranean flavours without overpowering them. A classic example of what Provençal rosé does best: clean, precise, and food-friendly. Serve chilled, between 8 and 10°C.
