Description

We love this Cava so much! Made from exclusively white grapes it is a glass of finesse. Fresh, crisp and with a lovely mouthfeel and richness. Maria Casanovas is a family owned winery established in 1984 and their 9ha are certified Organic. The wine is famous for being served by the glass at El Bulli, which was the awarded the best restaurant in the world numerous times before closing.
