La Moza is the exciting new white addition to the award-winning Matsu range, created as the perfect partner to the much-loved Matsu El Picaro. Bursting with vibrant lemon and lime flavours, this Spanish Verdejo has all the freshness of a crisp Sauvignon Blanc but with an extra layer of texture and depth that makes it feel wonderfully complete. Zesty, energetic and beautifully balanced, it will also appeal to fans of Albarino, offering bright citrus fruit, refreshing acidity and a long, mouthwatering finish.
The Matsu wines come from the Toro region of north-west Spain, where the winery has built an international reputation for producing expressive, characterful wines that celebrate the people and vineyards of the region. Following the success of the award-winning El Picaro, La Moza brings the same vibrant personality to a white wine, showcasing the exceptional quality of the Verdejo grape. While Verdejo is best known in neighbouring Rueda, it thrives in this continental climate, producing wines with intense citrus aromas, lively freshness and impressive texture.
