Winemaker Stephanie Toole has been crafting exceptional, single-vineyard wines at Mount Horrocks since 1993, taking a no-compromise approach to quality, organics, and sustainability. The Watervale vineyard, with its low-yielding, hand-pruned vines and distinctive red loam soils, produces Rieslings of incredible purity and finesse. Hand-harvested in the cool morning, only free-run juice is used, ensuring the cleanest, most precise expression of fruit and terroir. No malolactic fermentation is allowed, preserving the vibrant acidity and natural minerality that make this wine so brilliantly refreshing and age-worthy.
